i take a deep breath and i get real high

I was very impressed by Lin Yu Chun's redaction of Bonnie Tyler's classic "Total Eclipse of the Heart." But Shatner was really just egregiously phoning it in. Here's my advice to Chun: lose Captain Kirk and do a cover of 4 Non Blonde's "What's Goin' On?"

    William Shatner is brilliant. Or at least he can be. But in this case the performance would have been significantly improved by his absence.
